3 Reading Role Models are needed for 3 First Grade classrooms from 2:15pm - 2:45pm for the dates listed.
Below is some basics for Reading Role Models:
• Wear your United Way Reading Role Model shirt
• Bring 4-5 books age appropriate to read to the class during the ½ hour reading
• Try to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to reading time
• Sign in with front office (office attendant will direct all readers to kindergarten rooms)
• Have FUN! This is a great time to encourage early grade reading, feel free to include audience participation by asking questions or by having a short discussion after you read.
