Seasonal Reset and Repack
We don't just pack supply bags - we make sure every coach starts the season strong, with what they need to create a safe space where girls can learn, grow, and feel confident.
We’re looking for 2-4 dedicated volunteers to support a hands-on project preparing for our Fall 2026 season.
What you'll do:
- Begin the day with a brief office tour and Girls on the Run introduction
- Unpack supply bags and organize materials from our Spring 2026 season
- Inventory supplies to help us prepare for the season ahead
- Repack ~50 coach supply bags featuring the Hello Superstar curriculum
- Enjoy your boxed lunch with staff and an informal Q&A to learn more about GOTR and how volunteers make an impact
- Help ensure every team starts the season fully prepared
What's In Each Bag:
- Curriculum materials (coach guides, lesson materials, journals)
- Program supplies (activity materials)
- Incentives and site-based essentials
- Season-specific resources for coaches
Packing lists and guidance will be provided on-site.
